Lead pure-serve's usage with pure:// between nodes, and count refusals
The usage showed --send OUTPUT=http[s]:// first; links are now the way
between nodes (012), so it shows pure:// for a Pure node and HTTP for
anything else. The statistics at exit count the streams a node's links
were refused (link_refused) and the ones its listener refused
(listener_refused), so a wiring mistake is in the numbers too, not
only the line on stderr; server_links_refused checks both.
