Check reads from snapshots while a served app is killed

pure-serve now always runs an app with states on an owner thread and
shows views from the snapshot of its last save (Pure 080), so the
server check expects an owner with one connection thread too and
views answered from snapshots. While six clients post and the server
is killed, two readers on other connections now check that each read
sees every point acknowledged before it was asked, that the total never
goes back, and that the total after the restart is at least any total
they saw: nothing unsaved was shown.
